As an established Personal Trainer in the Mercer County Area, I have made it my mission to better the lives of the general public, athletes, and everyone in between. While pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree from Rowan University in Health Promotion and Fitness Management, I have worked with a variety of clientele ranging from stay at home moms, the time restricted business executives, collegiate athletes, and youth athletes.

I believe my purpose is to better the lives of the people around me in a way they may have never thought possible. My programs are all built around my personal studying of scientific-based research in the field of Exercise and Nutritional Science. As a former athlete, I was never able to achieve the health and performance goals I had set out for myself because I lacked focus and direction. As I grew mentally in my field and profession, I also grew physically, attaining the goals I once never thought possible and made excuses for. It is through that past frustration that I have made it my passion to be that direction and focus for people looking to achieve their goals.

This blog has been created to distribute the leading information and practices of exercise and nutrition to achieve an OPTIMAL lifestyle. Multiple posts will be shared each week ranging from Exercise Library, Workout of the Week, Nutrition tips, and much more.
