To increase your body’s ability to recover…
1. Eat foods like berries and meats. For vegans, make sure you eat your protein sources from nuts, seeds, and protein rich grains WHILE taking a zinc and magnesium supplement.
2. MEDITATE. Great way to relieve stress, and has been shown to increase growth-hormone, testosterone, and decrease cortisol (fat maker hormone) in the blood!
3. Foam Roll immediately after exercise to eliminate the waste products present in the muscle tissues and blood. NEXT MONTH is going to be labeled as MOBILITY MONTH, with techniques on improving flexibility and mobility!
