When one of my clients first came to me, her goal was weight loss and fat reduction, but couldn’t push herself to too high of an aerobic intensity because of asthma. So we built up her entire body using MULTI-JOINT resistance exercises to build lean muscle and make her body a fat-burning machine.

I don’t recommend the use of maximal weight without guidance of a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, but it could be the addition or modification a lot of you need in your exercise routine!
